Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Hawg Hunter S.O.P.

1. The President is responsible for selecting a panel to prepare the Annual Awards Banquet Trophies/Plaques (for the top 6 fisherman) will be purchased from the club treasury with funds that are reserved for this purpose. Additional awards/prizes can be obtained through use of the Special Fund.

2. The Special Fund is available at the Boards discretion to provide for the benefit of the club members as a whole. Such uses would include, but not restricted to; flowers; cards; banquet prizes. outings for the families, etc. Any other use of the Special Fund would be voted on by the club as a whole.

Constitutional Changes

4. All changes to the constitution should he given to a member of the Board in WRITING prior to the August meeting. When making a recommendation for change to the current constitution, please list the Old reading of any change as well as the NEW reading. If the recommended change is an ADDITION to the constitution, please indicate which section of the current constitution will be affected and how.

2. Tournament Entry Fee & Big Fish Pot

A. Tournament Entry Fee

1. A tournament entry fee is required for each tournament. One-fourth (1/4) of this fee will be placed in the Fish-Off Pot.

2. The entry fee must be paid in cash to the Club Treasurer at the monthly Wednesday night Club meeting.

3. If a Club member decides not to fish the tournament after paying, they must notify the Tournament Director or E-board Member before 9:00 PM on Thursday prior to the tournament to have their entry fee refunded.

4. If no notification is made before the deadline, the entry fee will be used for tournament payouts in accordance with Tournament Rule #11.

B. Big Fish Pot for Guests

• Guests may enter the Big Fish Pot by paying the entry fee in cash to the Club Treasurer any time before the Tournament Blast-Off.
